We offer same-day sick visits and acute care visits when available with applicable testing for common illnesses and minor injuries. Our providers evaluate and treat conditions such as colds, flu, strep, other infections, UTI management, rashes, minor injuries, mental health needs, hormone support, PCOS care, acute pain, ect. Fast, compassionate care when you need it most without urgent care wait times in a serene and compassionate environment.

We provide DOT physical exams performed by a Nationally Certified Medical Examiner (NCME) in full compliance with FMCSA regulations. Exams include a comprehensive medical history review, vision and hearing screening, blood pressure evaluation, and completion of the DOT medical certification card. We provide comprehensive chronic disease management to address, prescribe, monitor, and coordinate care for common long-term health conditions. Our approach emphasizes continuity of care, medication optimization, lifestyle counseling, and specialist coordination when needed.
Conditions commonly managed include hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, anemia, asthma, pain, mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, GERD, obesity, and metabolic conditions, among other conditions but exclusions may apply.

Services include diagnostic evaluation, lab review, medication management, prescription and medication management if needed, lifestyle guidance, and coordinated referrals when appropriate.

We perform select minor medical procedures and acute injury care in-office when clinically appropriate, including:
- Incision & drainage (I&D) when appropriate and needed
- Minor wound and burn care

STI Screening & Treatment
Confidential STI Testing | Sexual Health Services
We provide confidential STI screening, testing, and treatment with evidence-based care and discreet follow-up. Services include counseling, lab ordering, and treatment planning when indicated. Not all treatments may be available and client may need to be referred to infectious disease or ER at provider’s discretion and expertise.
Lab Ordering & Results Review
Lab Testing | Diagnostic Evaluation | Results Interpretation
We offer direct lab ordering for diagnostic testing and preventive screening, followed by detailed results review and care planning , either virtual or in person. This service supports chronic disease management, hormone evaluation, wellness exams, and acute medical concerns.
Medical Forms and Complex Additional Care
We can complete and provide necessary medical forms in addition or separate from any chronic or acute care visits when appropriate for additional cost. Visits are billed individually, and fees are based on time and complexity, which are discussed in advance and range from $25-$200. In-house testing may be available for acute visits and is billed separately, such as strep/flu/UTI and will be discussed with client. Some conditions may require referral to urgent care, the ER, or a specialist at the provider’s discretion, and that is the patient’s responsibility.
